One of the main activity fields of Integrated Services Group is project activity. ISG acts as a general contractor when performing works and is aimed at organization and execution of large-scale projects for the benefit of the customer. ISG also assumes responsibility for all work from business process evaluation to commissioning of the entire project.
ISG main customers include government structures, vertically integrated holdings, and large companies. Working with clients of this level makes project management one of the fundamental activities of the company.
The role of the general contractor imposes high management quality demands to ISG, thus all our project managers without exception are certified experts with extensive experience of managing large projects.
In order to improve the quality of project management the company has created Project Management Office, the functions of which include:
- developing and improving corporate project management methodology;
- providing multi-project management;
- performance evaluation of projects at the initiation phase;
- organization of crisis project management, if necessary.
In its project activities ISG uses the following project management standards: ANSI PMI PMBOK Guide of the PMI (Project Management Institute) and “Basics Professional Knowledge and National Competence Requirements (NCR) for Project Management Experts” of the Russian SOVNET Association.
