In order to implement the projects ISG attracts the best companies from different sectors.
There has long been a need for an intermediate layer between customers and contractors:
- the customer does not have resources, experience and skills to manage and control the work of contractors;
- the contractor does not have a general view on the customer's operations, in particular, the contractor is not aware of the customer's side projects;
- the contractor can offer only a limited set of solutions to the customer. The contractor's capabilities are limited (a predetermined set of providers, the number and qualifications of experts);
- the contractor can not adequately assess own performance;
- any contractor would try to take as much work as possible, even if some of it could not be performed properly;
That is why some projects simply can not be done by a single contractor. Some of them require attracting a large number of subcontractors. The task of organizing and monitoring (orchestrating) the work of contractors arises to achieve quality results and consistent performance of individual projects, with interrelated timing and allocated budget taken into account.
