12.03.09 // ISG: It’s All About Outsourcing
On March 11, 2009 the Business Process Optimization/Outsourcing Best Practices conference took place in Borodino business hotel.
The key topics of discussion were, among others, the suitability of business processes outsourcing, availability and comparative profitability of outsourcing in the economical situation of 2009, best suited technologies and instruments on different stages of business development.
On behalf of ISG Company, Anna Lyubinskaya, ISG Vice-CTO for Business Development, gave a presentation named "Outsourcing Market Trends: IT Services Management Issues". She told the audience about new perspectives emerging on the IT outsourcing market; about the approach to current tasks, the issues associated the current laws and regulations, unified services classification, tools in use, and the need to increase customer awareness.
